Pocari Sweat Run

Get ready to sprint as the Pocari Sweat Run makes its debut on 12 April at Expo City Dubai. Open to all fitness levels, the high-energy race is the perfect opportunity to push your limits and embrace a healthy lifestyle. With three race distances, 5km, 10km and 21km, there’s a challenge for everyone - whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting your journey.

Gather your family, friends or running crew and take on the course together. The day kicks off bright and early with registration and the Run Village opening at 4:30am, leading up to the 21km race at 6:30am, followed by the 10km at 6:45am and the 5km at 7am. The competition wraps up with a grand awards and cash prize presentation at 9:30am.
